On May 16.2016, HHD awarded 《diving operations safety qualification certificate》issued by CNOOC headquarters. This certificate is a certification of providing diving service to meet the requirements of safety management conditions and demands of CNOOC, all the same ,it is a licence to provide diving service for CNOOC company as diving contractors.

    Since the beginning of August 2015,HHD organized relevant departments responsible person to hold meeting in time to clear division of tasks, implement the responsibility requirements, collection, sort and review materials in accordance with the requirements of CNOOC, according to QHSE audit and ADCI standards compliance review standards, , and on March 2016 successfully passed the CNOOC’s audit.

   The acquisition of the qualification for the HHD's business development has laid a good foundation to enhance the company 's comprehensive competitiveness and implementation capabilities in the field of diving operation.
